We send out our orders within 48 hours of your order being placed, below are the time frames you should receive your order in.

UK: 1-2 working days. - Royal Mail 48.

America: 6-10 working days. - USGlobalMail

Europe: 5-7 working days. - Deutsche Post

Australia & NZ: 6-10 working days. - AusPost

RETURNS

We are confident that you will be happy with your order. But if you are not, do not stress. Please contact us before sending your item back, email us over at  info@auriri.com with your name and order number.

We accept returns on items up to 14 days of payment, you will not be able to return your item if you surpass the 14 day period. Our refund options are in cash, or store credit. Please note that if returning an item you will have to bare the cost of return shipping.

The product(s) should be returned in the condition you received them, if the item has been damaged under your responsibility then this could affect whether we can refund your order.
